Documents to be attached at the time of admission

1. Original T.C. or College /School leaving certificate of the last school / college attended along with its attested Xerox copy.
2. Original mark sheet of the qualifying examination along with its two attested Xerox copies
3. Character certificate (Attested Xerox copy)
4. Attempt certificate (Attested Xerox copy)
5. Two recent passport size photographs
6. Two self addressed stamped envelopes.
7. Caste Certificate (If Applicable)For students from Boards other than M.S. Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or from Universities other than Nagpur University, following additional documents will be required.
8. (a) Migration Certificate of the last Board / University.

….(b) Eligibility certificate from Nagpur University.

• If Migration Certificate is not submitted on time a late fee will be charged.
• Submission and acceptance of the form does not mean any assurance of admission.
• Only one person will be allowed to enter the college premises for submission of form.
• No admission form will be entertained either for submission or for admission unless all the particulars asked for in the admission form are properly filled in and the required number of documents and/or certificates are attached.
