N.M.D. College expects every member of the campus community to uphold standards that protect learning, safety, and dignity. The statements below summarise expectations for staff and students; detailed policies may be issued as circulars and through statutory cells (anti-ragging, grievance redressal, POSH / ICC, and IQAC-related procedures).

  • Integrity: honest academic practice; no plagiarism or falsification of records; responsible use of examinations and internal assessments.
  • Respect: courteous conduct toward peers, faculty, and support staff; zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or coercion.
  • Discipline: punctuality; adherence to timetable and examination rules; responsible use of laboratories, library, and IT facilities.
  • Safety: compliance with campus safety norms; reporting incidents promptly through authorised channels.
  • Confidentiality & data: handling student information responsibly; following institutional policies on records and digital conduct.
